Welcome to Lancaster University Boat Club
Lancaster University Boat Club was founded in 1964, and is the oldest sports club at the University. We train on a 3km stretch of the beautiful river Lune, with our boathouse based in the old Halton Railway Station.
As the oldest and largest mixed club on campus, LUBC consists of five squads:
Our Senior Women, Senior Men, Novice Women, Novice Men and Coxswains all compete in a variety of races throughout the seasons, from our local Lancaster Regatta to becoming finalists in Henley Women’s Regatta
